When it comes to candles, we have made great progress since the colonial days when women used to boil the bayberries to produce a clean-burning scented wax. Today, the candle industry has offered thousands of varieties of candles for all purposes. Although candles are no longer a household necessity like they once were, we still use them. There are many differences between kid’s rugs and carpets made for the rest of the house. Choosing a versatile and resistant rug for the children’s room will extend the life of the rug and the child’s enjoyment.
The first thing to consider is the pile length and backing of the rug. Children’s carpets should have a lower pile and a simple backing. Experts recommend a pile 1/3 of an inch or less. The lower pile will allow the kids to play on the rug as if they are playing on the floor. The low pile won’t interfere with the zooming trucks or the fantany world of dolls. The carpet’s low pile will allow the vacuum cleaner to dig deeper into the carpet thereby removing as much dirt and dust as possible.
